Dr. Schneider was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Fordham University in New York, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. She continued her education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After dental school, she moved to Houston, Texas for her orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she earned her orthodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Schneider has been involved in several academic research studies throughout her career and has authored publications in peer reviewed journals. Dr. Schneider also completed the board certification process and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. 

 

Dr. Schneider is looking forward to joining the AGO family and helping in the creation of each patient’s dream smile. She understands the profound impact a smile can have on the person wearing it as well as those around them. One of her goals throughout the orthodontic journey is to make every patient feel like family and provide a comfortable, positive atmosphere.

 

Her professional affiliations include the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), American Dental Association (ADA), Maryland State Society of Orthodontists (MSSO) and Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO).

 

Having experienced living in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southwest, Dr. Schneider is excited about her recent move to the Mid-Atlantic and exploring this new region. She resides in Baltimore County with her fiancé Matt. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
