Dr. Mair Chaluparambil was born and raised in Rocky Hill, CT. She attended the University of Connecticut where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She continued her education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, where she was the chapter President of the American Student Dental Association and was honored with the ASDA National President of the Year Award. Dr. Chaluparambil went on to complete her orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where she obtained her certificate in Orthodontics, completed a Masters Thesis Research project on Invisalign outcomes in teenagers, and served as the Chief Resident.

After the profound impact orthodontic treatment had on the quality of her life, she enjoys helping her patients achieve their dream smiles with personalized care.

Her professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the American Dental Association (ADA), Maryland State Society of Orthodontists (MSSO), and Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO).

Dr. Chaluparambil joined AGO in 2023, and in her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, fitness classes, long walks, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
